Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of Star Hotels in Bandar Lampung during June 2017 reached 49.19%, down 2.84 points compared to May 2017 which was recorded at 52.03%. ROR for star hotels in June 2017 compared to June 2016 which was recorded at 47.70%, an increase of 1.49 points. The ROR for other accommodation in June 2017 was recorded at 43.06%, down 0.13 points compared to May 2017 which was recorded at 43.18%.

The number of guests during June 2017 who stayed at star hotels and other accommodation (combined) reached 101,515 people, consisting of 339 foreign guests and 101,177 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 15,595 people (13.32%) compared to May 2017 which was recorded at 117,111 people. The number of guests by hotel type at star hotels during June 2017 was 18,007 people, consisting of 117 foreign guests and 17,890 domestic guests. This number decreased by 10,465 people (36.76%) compared to May 2017 which was recorded at 28,472 people. Meanwhile, the number of guests during June 2017 who stayed in other accommodation was 83,508 people, consisting of 222 foreign guests and 83,287 domestic guests, a decrease of 5,130 people or around 5.79% compared to May 2017 which was recorded at 88,639 people.
