Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2024 was recorded at 44.61 percent, down 20.10 points compared to the TPK for hotels in December 2023 which was recorded at 64.71 percent. When compared with the same month in 2023, the ROR for star hotels decreased by 1.50 points.

The number of guests during January 2024 who stayed at star-rated hotels reached 65,092 people, consisting of 396 foreign guests and 64,696 domestic guests. This condition has decreased by 19,735 people (23.26 percent) compared to December 2023 which was recorded at 84,827 people.

The average length of stay for guests (RLMT) at star hotels in Lampung Province in January 2024 was recorded at 1.31 days, an increase of 0.03 days compared to the RLMT at star hotels in December 2023 which was recorded at 1.28 days.
