Abstract

During January 2018, the Rice Producer Price Survey recorded 44 observations. Observation is dominated by the high quality Grain of Harvest Grain (GKP) and low quality. There was no group of grain quality of dry milled rice (GKG).

The highest price of grain at the farm level reaches Rp. 6.750.00 per kg in GKP quality grain with Ciherang Variety is in Sragi District, South Lampung Regency. The lowest price of grain reaches Rp. 5.000,00 per kg in GKP quality grain of Ciherang Variety is in District Sragi, South Lampung regency. The price is above the Government Purchase Price (HPP) of Rp. 3,700.00 per kg.

At the grinding level, the highest grain price is Rp. 6.850,00 per kg on the quality of GKP grain is Ciherang Variety located in Sragi District South Lampung Regency, while the lowest grain price of GKP quality group is Rp. 5.100,00 per kg with Ciherang Variety located in District Sragi, South Lampung regency. The price is above the HPP is Rp. 3,750.00 per kg.

The price of grain at the farm level increased in December. The average increase of GKP quality group price at the farm level is 7.21 percent from Rp. 5,532.00 per kg to Rp. 5,930.81 per kg. With the same quality group, the price of grain at the milling level increased by 6.57 percent from Rp. 5,625.20 per kg to Rp. 5,994.65 per kg.
