Abstract

In June 2017, Bandar Lampung City experienced inflation of 0.54 percent due to an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 129.92 in May 2017 to 130.62 in June 2017. Five expenditure groups contributed to inflation in Bandar Lampung City, namely the group foodstuffs contributed to inflation of 0.11 percent; processed food, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco group by 0.01 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group at 0.29 percent; the clothing group was 0.02 percent and the transport, communication & financial services group was 0.11 percent. Meanwhile, the health group and the education, recreation and sports group did not contribute to inflation.
